"Absolutely fantastic service I would recommend Darren and Eltham hen house to anyone I have been leaving my 4 rats with Darren at Eltham hen house for past 2 years, and they always come back happi and in very good health, my rats are challenging as they do like to nip if they don't like you so Darren must have the patience of a saint as he tells me he has never been bitten by them and always shows us his hands to prove it, they always come back with a clean cage and always seem more alert and happi when they do come back The pick up and drop off service is a god send as we don't have a car, I don't know what we would do without Darren and Eltham hen house as my husband says he won't leave them anywhere else as we trust Darren with our rats as they are part of our family so to go away on holiday and know they are well looked after is a blessing from God Thank you Darren for all you do for us , You really are one in a million"
"Please do not put your pet here! We let our chinchilla stay for two weeks. When she returned all of her bedding smelt terrible- like damp and smoke. The back of her fur was also clumped which turned into matted lumps. She also returned very withdrawn and afraid. Owner took no responsibility for it even though we have proof she was perfectly fine the day before we sent her in. Avoid at all costs"
