If you are an inexperienced landlord they can be very intimidating. Luckily I stood my ground and made it very clear I knew what I wanted and why I wanted it that way. As a landlord I did not feel they were working to my best interest, rather only their own fees. I have dealt with many agents , I found Hamptons Gerrards Cross , lettings the most money minded and pushy. Would not use or recommend."
