"Very nice personal, location is great but make sure you have the river side. Facilities at the hotel are awesome, gym fully equipped and spa en swimming pool and sauna, good breakfast and great vibe. Rooms are somewhat small especially the shower/ bath. But overall very good place too stay for a few days."

We've never been to the Runnymede before, despite living fairly locally and were very impressed with everything, from the parking, décor, cleanliness & facilities. The service was second to none, we felt exceptionally well looked after and the food was superb; genuinely the best afternoon tea I think I've ever had! I can highly recommend a visit here and we will certainly be returning."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Runnymede. It was super clean, the facilities were excellent and the staff were really lovely. They even left a sweet little treat for me in my room along with a birthday card! Very thoughtful. Nonetheless in the future I'd steer clear of ordering any room service as the quality of the food was absolutely unbelievably abysmal. It was so bad that we called to complain and asked for them to make it again but it was still horrible and inedible! 5 stars for the room, spa, staff and breakfast. 0 stars for room service!"
