"Visited this modern clean spacious medical centre today. Very impressed with the decoration and cleanliness of the surgery. Nice furniture, clear of clutter and repetitive unessesary signage. Very well managed surgery."

"If only i could leave zero stars..... Fairfield dont even deserve a minus 100..... Absolute disgrace to patients and to the NHS. DO NOT REGISTER here if you value your health/life. Numerous complaints but I'm limited to what I can write here due to legal procedures. If you have an alternative I highly recommend using that service as these GPs bar 1 are worse than useless."

"I have been using this surgery for 15-16 years and I always felt it lacking. No empathy, no warmth. Always felt like a number thst they wanted out the door as fast as possible. However, a new doctor has joined the team, Dr Gordon Burke, and everything changed for me. He is professional, he wants to help and is proactive at getting to the bottom of it. I finally found a Dr that I can trust to care for me in my vulnerable times."

"I had to transfer my GP cause I recently moved into Charlton. I went at 8 am in the morning so I can register myself and head to work they said they only deal with registration from 12-4 pm. Understood, I took another sick leave by begging my manager and I went there with all my documents but they said I need to carry my original passport. There was a black girl in the reception very polite and nice, she even apologised to she even though it wasn’t her fault. I went back to get my passport and when I came again there was another lady wearing a hijab. She was very rude from the beginning and speaking so fast and in a rude manner . The registration was done and I asked her if I will be given a registration letter cause I needed that for my DBS check. She then very rudely responded saying that we do not give letters, “the NHS is not going to send you a welcome letter saying Welcome to NHS”, I then said to her that I was simply requesting if that can be done as I needed it for my DBS check. Very bad experience, been to several GP’s but this was the worst. The way she spoke to me was humiliating and total mistreatment!!"

"The highest level of service from all staff members, be they nurses, admin, or doctors. I have always been treated efficiently, intelligently, and with kindness whether in a face-to-face or telephone consultation with a doctor or simply just popping into reception. They were professional, attentive, and knowledgeable, but also genuine. My first language isn't English and discussing medical issues is not the easiest thing, but doctors were always patient and supportive. All the GPs I have seen at this practice have been so helpful for me and my family. The space is always clean, safe, and quiet. Please keep the fantastic work going"
