"This is a terrible clinic. Made a booking and turned up 15 minutes prior to appointment but was unable to enter building. No communication between security and the clinic upstairs. Was not able to get to my appointment and left. When asking for a refund, I was even told that my booking cannot be found even though I paid for it upfront and got SMS confirmation. Don't waste your time with the Canary wharf clinic. The Clinic now refuses to refund me even though no service was provided and I was not able to go upstairs. Worst experience ever with any GP in London."

"We were given the wrong prescription by the GP (a medication that is discontinued). My son needs antibiotics for a chest infection and I can’t get through to anybody on the phone all day and nobody replies to my emails to get it changed. The phone line says “please leave a message” but then “message box is full”. I can’t believe we paid £95 for this service, a waste of money as now going to need to wait hours at urgent care or pay another £95 to get seen by someone else…"

"Unqualified doctors with WRONG diagnosis. I took 3 appointments there and I had three different doctors saying different things. The last one was probably the worst one, he asked me what I expected from this appointment? As if he could prescribe any drug as long as I would be a satisfied CLIENT. This doctor told me I had muscle pains (didn’t look at all like muscle pains!). I went a few hours after to the emergency and I learned that I had a kidney issue. Conclusion: don’t WASTE your time, MONEY and HEALTH by going to random doctors at London’s clinic!"

"I am very DISATISFIED with the service provided. I went to this clinic because I was suffering with sympthoms of an UTI infection and the doctor gave me 1 day treatment Monuril (1 sachet). After 24 hours I was still feeling ill so I checked it with my Spanish doctor online and he told me that Monuril is normally 2 day treatment (two sachets) and that I should go back to have a second dose. I called back their help/booking line and a lady named COLLE promised to talk to the doctor and call me back with an appointment that day. She NEVER CALLED BACK. But not only this, I was phoning them whole day and I sent them an email. They never answered the phone or my email. So 48 hours later I went personally to the clinic, where they told me they COULD NOT LET ME IN WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT. So I called back and the person on the phone (Colle again!) apologised by saying they were very busy - and that was the reason why they could not call me back! (I think when it comes to health this is not an excuse). So, I asked her to make another appointment asap, as I am not feeling good, and she said all the slots were taken and she did not make any space for me (even though I was still having symptoms of an infection). VERY DISAPPOINTED to know I spent 89 pounds on a consultation, that I received a poor treatment and that they could not even provide me with a second appointment when I am still feeling sick. Also wondering if COLLE, the apointment lady, cares a bit about her job. I think when it comes to health they should hire more responsible and professional employees."

"Definitely a positive experience. I came to London Doctors Clinic to have a blood test done. This includes a quick consultation with a GP which was very professional and answered any question that I had. Results are quick and gets reviewed by the GP. The doctor was late that morning as she has never been to the Canary Wharf office. Not an issue for me and they also applied a small discount for the inconvenience."
