"Cant recommended high enough! Been seeing Andrew for 2 months now after years of various sports injuries, massages, physios etc. Can honestly say they have been the most informative, helpful, healing 2 months to date! Andrew takes a 'whole' approach to pain and injury and is brilliant at explaining causes and effects while treating. So glad I found him, wish I'd found him sooner!"
"After seeing encouraging reviews on google I went to see Andrew and was so glad that I did. I went with a lower back issue as well as a knee injury after a bad fall. I was Generally feeling quite unsure of my body post partum, and I was under the impression I’d have to just live with various joint and ligament issues for the rest of my life. After 3 sessions my confidence is back, I am exercising again and running around with my toddler which makes me so happy. His treatment was excellent, he gave me bespoke exercises to do at home and there was no question he couldn’t answer! I was given the confidence to trust my body and armed with knowledge I managed to heal and get back to my old self! Hurrah!"
"I went to see Andrew when I was in agony with my back. Andrew not only treats the Injury, but gives an exercise plan to make the back stronger. I’ve never heard of anyone else giving this extra service before. He is also so caring - he checked up on me during the week to see how I was doing , and when I said I was still in pain, he sent me some more videos of exercises which really helped. I feel so much better now and I highly recommend Andrew"
"Each person is different so my own experience might be different from yours. I have had upper shoulder pain, near constantly for years. I used to have an expensive massage once a week to mitigate the symptoms but it would only give a couple of days of relief. I decided to try out dry needling. It is expensive but I figured so were these constant massages I needed. Andrew examined me and told me that I suffer from hypermobility. He did some adjustments and then the dry needling and also gave me some strengthening exercises to do. It is impossible to tell just which of these had the right effect, but I have been more or less pain-free a month and a half after my first appointment, including a top-up appointment. If you are wondering whether to try out dry needling, if regular massage isn't doing it for you, I can't really think of any reason not to suggest it. It is only slightly more expensive than a massage and it seems, at least in my case, to be a lot more effective."
"I saw Andrew recently at the Finchley clinic regarding some general back pain. He pinpointed the precise areas of soreness by touch. He was kind, greatly skilled and knowledgeable. He delivered his service with integrity and paid attention to details. I felt relaxed and by the end of the session my stiffness had almost gone. He is not only an excellent osteopath but also has incredible healing hands. Best of all, he takes care not to inflict pain. Also found their online booking very useful, showing available slots in advance - great service and website! I recommend him highly!"
