"A horrific and traumatising experience. I was left permanently botched with a hard nodule from my lip filler. Alison tried to rush me away when she was finally ready to see me and do what's humanely right. But vleatly she knew from the phots I sent it right away (I've kept looking stages of pictures from the full treatment as evidence when I sue),she knew she couldn't fix it, and after treating to dissolve it, my face has been left looking like a I have clef palate and drooping to one side. I told her straight away to dissolve it as I knew the outcome of it wasn't normal. But she refused to see me until weeks later when the nodule had hardened and by then she said it was too late and she was blaming me for it. I did everything in my power yo see her but she told me she couldn't accommodate me and fit me in. How does that show her personalising clients as she claims on ger websites? When I went in, she nothing is guaranteed with her and it might be permanent. Now I need to see a surgeon to have it permanently removed although it is uncertain whether it can even be fixed because the damage is done to me. I'm crying and I'm scared as I know I remain a victim to her horror work. If you want subtle, you clearly won't be getting it here."
