"I have been with this GP for the past 9 years. They used to be so much better especially with the walk in service, at least you knew YOU can be seen by someone. Since Covid seems like they go even more downhill. Unable to book appointment. When you finally book it and wait weeks had to rebook it but I couldn't.Unable to cancel appointment (called 5 times) as I had an emergency with my car. Then another 2 weeks to get a telephone appointment, which lasted for 15 minutes and I was told I will be called in few days to book for blood tests and for breast and Guess what? Never happened. 2 more weeks I get sick. Did not bother to go to them, I simply requested a sick note for work from the beginning when I felt sick as I knew it will take ages. Guess what? Did I get it? No. Was told I will be getting it by Tues ( few days later) never happen. Tried to get them on the phone to chase it Unable to get them. When I finally did, the lady was lovely but now I am extremely angry and upset. Tells me initially that I never requested a sick note, then she finally find it and NO ONE dealt with it. I am explaining to her that I can be kicked out of work ( Civil Service) if I do not get it and no one could be bothered to even check their tabs. Seriously. Unbelievable. No wonder A&E are so busy everywhere. Pointless to have GP in this country if this is how you are being treated. Already told them as soon as I am getting my sick note I will change GP. Really dissapointed. In 4 years I haven't asked for 1 thing from them and when I got a problem takes me 2 months to chase it. Better close it down."
"The behaviour of the staff is disgusting, pregnant lady on reception (angie?) is terrible. Unless you are white or Asian she is cold, dismissive and insists on sending you away for a telephone consultation only. I watched her book appointments for other patients without question, then quizzed me as to why i need the doctor. She did the same thing twice more when I've been in, to me and another black man. On a diferent occasion i spoke to another lady, with a hijab, who was 10/10 helpful and professional. I came here for help with serious symptoms. After doing tests and having no answers I came back again, explained my worries to the GP and he laughed. I'm sat there and he laughed in my face. Dr Dasoju is literally the worst medical professional I've ever had to deal with. I'd rather die in a ditch then step foot in there again."
"Unable to get through to the admin team. I keep receiving text messages telling me I have an appointment which I have not asked for - I live 200 miles away from the practice. Somebody will be missing an appointment every time I receive one. An excellent way of wasting valuable resources and NHS money. No doubt the surgery still gets paid for the appointment! if the practice managers read this, you can contact me directly - the last appointment you created for me is for 10:10hrs on the 20th of October."
"This has been my GP for over 20 years now but it’s slowly become worse!! Especially when it comes to telephone appointments they always say yes someone will call and I can vouch that for every telephone appointment I’ve had it’s me calling them to chase! Not them calling me to discuss things. The receptionist people are nice apart from one lady.. she’s new and sounds like she hates talking to people, you pray that when they answer the phone that you don’t get her and you usually get nowhere!"
"Very rude receptionist they hanged up on me. They don’t answer their phone and keep you on hold for 45 minutes and when they do answer the response is always very unprofessional and unhelpful. I am going to complain to CCG they shouldn’t be allowed to operate. On one occasion they cancelled my appointment and told me they will call me back to reboot but I never received a call."
