"My experience at this clinic was amazing my mum had back problem for very long time and had physiotherapy and massage she felt much better when that was done, she also had hijama people at the clinic were very friendly and welcoming I will highly recommend to anyone."

"Place is clean (almost feels sterile), quiet and with no one queuing (incl pharmacy counter)- things I like although regarding the latter make you wonder why but probably due to appt system so not an issue. Problem I have is to do with injection technique: a method in which a nurse withdraws a solution from the vial using syringe alone (i.e. without needle attached ) and then attaches a needle which leads to waste of product as some is left behind in the vial as a result (there is another potential problem with this method but decided not to mention it as the nurse need to come up with it herself but on the plus side, the administration part is done nicely, slowly and pain free). But going back to wasted amount, it is amount you pay for so very relevant, especially where the price is not very competitive either (15£ more expensive than other clinic I know in central london but i guess petrol to get there would account for that so ok). I will use the place again but only after the injection technique gets reviewed and amended so that it meets the clinical national training standards."
