"Long wait time very rude staff. Not enough of them. Dr Ben was really nice. But it a shame that the nurse are not the same. From what I saw with there interaction the other people waiting was heartless, dismissive and really rude and disrespectful of even the elderly. Only one pole for 5 people to use at the same time on closely fitted chairs. No room to breathe and sitting all bunched up together. While others sat on the floor for hours. I have been to several third world countries and see better cleaner health care. Sham on you. They all need some customer service and people skills. I know things are hard for us all but we are all are human at the end of the day. Respect is earned and manners don’t cost a thing."
"Very efficient! The wait wasn’t long and the staff were nice and professional. I went to the E & A because of a hernia, I was in pain but it wasn’t urgent, and I got an appointment with a doctor the next day. This center is perfect for anything, whether urgent or non-urgent. They have food and coffee and good seating capacity. Would definitely recommend."
"I was given fantastic care at Whipps Cross A&E when I had severe abdominal pain. They're under a lot of pressure. You can't expect them to get things done super quickly but when I needed help they were there for me. I'm extremely grateful for everyone's hard work and want to say a massive thank you to you all for being listened to, properly examined and treated appropriately. It’s so important people share the positive experiences as well as the bad ones."
