"Used the Morley Amber cars. Our main road was closed and id asked that the driver rang me at pick up time, he did and offered to walk down to where we were to help with suitcases. Nice friendly, helpful guy. Great service all round. Only negative side is the automated service as much prefer to speak to an operator especially when there's problems with road closures!"
