"Awful awful place! Turned up today and was waiting three hours. It's not the waiting that I have the problem with it's the way the staff handle things. When I entered we where seen quickly by triage. It was not overly busy. I was then told by the triage nurse that she had a couple of more triages to do then it will prob be her seeing me and we will be called back in shortly. Two hours later I questioned at reception how long it would be as I don't mind going to the doctors on Monday, I was then told only three people Infront so not long. Fifty minutes goes by and ten more people called in. I then went back up to reception and explained I had been here for three hours now and the waiting area has cleared three times over since we have been here and that I would have just gone the doctors Monday if I was given a true reflection of the waiting time. I was then told you are the next one in so I decided to wait. Twenty minutes later and two other people being called in I then decided to leave. Spent three hours for absolutely nothing. Been to plenty of AnEs before and never had anything like this. Please just be transparent with people so that they can make a informed choice to wait or not! I do not have a problem with waiting it was the way the staff handle it that is the problem! Will never step foot in here again."
"Don't waste your time going here waited(wasted) 3 hours for nothing didn't receive any help or advice having a frozen shoulder in severe pain very unhelpfully, and using the NHS staffing problem as a reason is no excuse, receptionist was rude and looked annoyed people where turning up for appointments. Save yourself the agony there are no doctors that will end up seeing you so you won't get a prescription."
"Great services from all of the staff at the Garston walk in centre. Fantastic that this service was open on New Year’s Day and able to help me out and avoid a trip to the A&E. Keep up the good work and thank you."
"Went there with serious case of tonsillitis, waited for over an hour to be told a Dr would call me to arrange antibiotics as they didn't have the ones I needed. Waited for 5hrs with no call back, in agony, and when I rang to ask what was going on, the phone wasn't answered. Rang 111 who couldn't help as the call wasn't arranged through them. What a joke."
