"1* isn't even adequate for the way my 11 year old son has been treated, you ring for an appointment and get told there isn't any you complete the online form and no one replies to you. 10 weeks I have tried to get an appointment and in the end I gave up. An absolute shocking health centre and I will be taking this further, The receptionists need some kind of communication training, they speak down to you as if you don't know what you are on about, Absolute disgusting service no wonder it's under special measures."
"Great doctors and fantastic staff but seriously you need to sort out your appointments system. Especially for people that work a 9 -5. Expecting people to redial 100s of times at 8am whilst driving to work is not acceptable and will cause accidents on the road. Some of us have no choice but to do this. Then by the time you get through there are no appointments left!"
"I have used the econsult form three times now and each time the surgery responded promptly. Most recently I was given a face to face appointment with Sharon who is an ANP. She answered all my questions and gave me a general check up as well as prescribing what she thought would be best."
"After 49 years with Four Acre Surgery I've made the decision to leave, it's been a hard decision to make as I've always been loyal to them. But I no longer feel I'm getting the medical care I need. You can never get an appointment, so you go and wait outside the surgery at 7.30 in the morning hoping to get one to be told , sorry there are no doctors today. You have to wait two weeks to see a Doctor to get your test results. Thankyou to Mr Bolton and Gareth who throughout the years have been brilliant (when you can get an appointment with them). And Dr O'Donnell, Dr MCann and Katrina O Donnell for all there care when I was growing up. And finally the way the Surgery is run now is a shambles, it's needs a new manager/owner who cares about the community and the people in it and knows how to organise things, as I can't see a future for Four Acre Surgery if they continue with there same ways."
