"Took my figure skates to be punched. After the staff member told me I should be in a lower level boot (he's never seen me skate???), that the shop I bought them from ripped me off, and was generally condescending, he punched the boots without marking out the problem points because "they're always in the same place". Two attempts later and he still hadn't got it right. I said thanks and took my boots off before they were butchered any further. Now I've got random bulges all over my £330 boots and what looks like a slight bit of delamination where he punched without heating. Thanks."

"I visited the Sheffield Store on Wednesday 2 March and was welcomed by Lee & Jake. I initially went in for some guidance on blades. Lee dealt with us and talked us through what he could see with my daughters current skates. He allowed my daughter to try on different brands and styles, encouraged her to walk around till she felt comfortable. He spoke directly to my daughter and never over her. He never tried to hard sell or change anything about himself when I said we would think about it. He was the same from start to finish and was amazing. Jake was also very welcoming and helpful while serving other customers. I am happy to say that we did purchase new boots and blades and had a 5 * service. Keep up the great work guys. We will most definitely be back anytime we are down."
