"Despite the fact that the store has a good variety of clothing at fair prices, the staff can be extremely rude, the customer service is poor and the terms and conditions regarding returns is awful! I bought 3 tops last week, 2 for my kids and one for me. I asked for discount using my Blue Light Card and was told that I couldn’t have it on the tops for my kids as they had already been reduced BUT I could on the the top for me. I paid and was happy until trying mine on at home and it didn’t fit. Due to COVID-19 the changing rooms are closed at present. My wife took the top back today as I was in bed between night shifts. She was met by a rude chap who said I shouldn’t have had discount on my top as it had already been reduced (unbeknown to me) and therefore it was exchange only. He refused to give a credit note. This means I have to make a special journey to get it back within their 28 day period, rather than shop there at my leisure to spend my credit note. Once this top is exchanged, I will never set foot in that shop again! Their policies are poor, the staff are rude AND they were rude to my wife!!!"
