"It's not straightforward and easy when it comes to returns. Even if you have the original bill and proof of purchase they initially refused return saying the tag was not intact. Wouldn't buy from them again."

"I was treated very poorly from the staff at the till, upon trying to return an item. The item had been worn once, but didn't fit, so I tried to return it with genuine intentions. However, after examining the item, they identified some minor marks of wear (that could easily be removed). Instead of explaining the returns T&Cs to me, she continued to make an example of me in front of other customers, raising her voice as if I was trying to 'con' her out of the return. She spoke very rudely despite the fact that I was remaining calm and honest. I later found out that items can not be worn (even once) before returning. This is fine, but it would have been nice to have that explained to me clearly, instead of being shouted at. I won't be wasting my time/money in JD anymore."
