"I guess it okay. Layout is well put together but so much is wrong. Ques are ridiculously long and sometimes it's just one worker on the tills when all the other staff are just wondering about. Very cramped spacing. Music is way too loud you can hardly even hear the workers or what anyone else is saying."

"Ben was absolutely fantastic. Couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Really lovely guy, credit to the store. Same goes for the gent who was working on the women’s clothing section, can’t remember his name unfortunately but he was a great laugh and was super super helpful! Their service was the only reason I decided to buy in-store there and then and not go home to order online. I approached the manager (I think) to make these comments and her response was ‘oh well not had that before’ and she seemed confused and quite dismissive of it so I hope the two guys do get the good feedback and credit they deserve!"
