"I stayed on the top floor and got the best view, seeing the Royal Liver building right in front of my windows. The location's perfect, right in the heart of the city centre. The 10 pounds breakfast buffet was excellent, given the fact the food in Liverpool is overall very disappointing...Their breakfast is definitely a highlight of my trip! The staffs are all friendly and work effeciently, they are all young and doing their best to serve. The room is clean and quiet, comfortable bed and all. I had very good sleep every night. The only downside is you HAVE TO tell the cleaning lady to clean your room a day beforehand (before 9am), otherwise no one will clean your room even if you hang the sign on your door indicating them to enter and clean. That was the only disappointing thing about the stay. But otherwise, it was a lovely stay."
"I liked it. I think I got good value for money. A small amount of wear and tear was visible in the room, but otherwise it was clean and comfortable. The service was friendly. If I could change anything it would be to make their breakfast options more plant-based (always preferably 100% pb, of course). Fantastic location. Close to the action but not so close that I could hear anything at night."
"We were so happy that we choose this hotel for out stay in Liverpool. We got upgraded to a premium room which was a pleasant surprise. All the staff was super nice and everything was clean. The hotel has a great location so you can move around the main center of Liverpool by foot. If we ever visit Liverpool again we will definitely book our stay in ibis Styles again."
