"Had 2 nights here midweek. Rooms are very clean with a great shower and comfy beds. Breakfast was good with a great choice. All the staff were extremely friendly and professional. And you couldn't wish for a better location. Will definitely be returning for another visit."
"Let me say from the start the staff were brilliant but there were not enough of them. Those that were there were working there sock's off. I was pleased I was staying at a holiday Inn as I had stayed at one in Newport. This sadly was nothing like that. It was very basic. We had a family room the tea making facilities were meager, the kettle held two cups only. There was no shower gel in the bathroom. We stayed for meal to save the problem of finding a restaurant. Big mistake we waited for an hour and a half, I had a curry which was passable my daughter and granddaughter had sausage and mass potato and peas it was inedible. They both returned them and went to bed without an evening meal. We were going to have breakfast, we didn't bother. I suggest they hire more staff and employ someone in kitchen who knows what they are doing."
"Great location. Only stayed one night so can't say what the service was like as it really was just a place to rest over. Room was clean and tidy. Good bathroom. Some staining on bathroom door and bedroom wall. Looked liked someone had sprayed something over both."
"Actually a really good Travelodge in good location near the docks and city centre. Clean and comfortable with helpful staff. We had a room on the top floor with good view of the liver building. If you can get a good room rate it's a bargain. 5minute walk to Liverpool one parking, and a 5minute walk to pier head."
"Perfect location for albert docks and shopping. Couldn't ask for better staff. Very helpful throughout our stay. Room was lovely and clean and a view over the docks. Unlimited breakfast was nice too, beautifully cooked and just help yourself to what you want. We will be back"
