"EXCELLENT SERVICE . I married a month ago and needed a change of name to my Passport. As I want to go to Rome in the next few weeks I was advised to make a Fast Track appointment at Liverpool.We arrived half an hour early. After Security check in we were seen within ten minutes. Lauren was extremely helpful, efficient and professional and we left even before the actual appointment time!! What a brilliant and slick service. Thank you so much. I recommend the Passport Office and their staff 100%. My Passport arrived 5 days later!!!!"

"Arrived at the airport in the morning with our boarding passes ready, to be told that the new EU requirements mean my partners passport was no longer valid. Absolute panic and no help from the airport we jumped in the car and drove straight down to Liverpool with no appointment or application. We arrived just before it opened and explained our situation to the man at the door(who was really nice and helpful throughout). We were bought through to the desk to see Paula who checked with the manager and got us all sorted! 4 hours later we had a new passport and could go on holiday. How efficient are these, my old passport runs out in January and most European countries need at least three months remaining, I filled in the online information which is really easy as long as you have a pic with an ID number it’s really quick and easy, once you’ve filled in the form paid your money just relax they keep you totally informed with emails and texts, my new passport arrived within 5 days. "Missed call backs and nothing. 13 and a half weeks later, I fly in 48 hours and now they've lost my passport. They won't give me an appointment because they won't accept its missing after over a week of them not being able to find it. So I'll travel to Liverpool today and update with what happens. Update: They found my passport they said they'd posted yet it was in the office, they were extremely helpful and allowed to me to comein. I recommend people be polite and only go within 48 hours of flying they were very good with how they handled it and I feel sorry for the staff dealing with the abuse because of people behind the scenes really being pretty useless and customer services telling you different stories and not actually talking to Liverpool to sort any issues. Liverpool were brilliant in all honesty. We'll done, you're redeemed."
