"I went to pick up my medication last week.... after waiting some time I was told by the guy they would owe me some tablets.... I asked politely when they would be available... to be told by some woman.... with blonde hair & glasses and I WASN'T talking to... I found out she's the SUPERVISOR... "could be tomorrow or day after I don't know when... I don't know if my head will be blown off".... this isn't the kind of response you expect from an NHS worker....I quickly responded... "i didnt come here to listen to your sarcasm". People like her should be shown the door.. it states if customers are rude or abusive they WILL be removed from the premises and reported.. what about us... as customers... its OK to abuse us.... ????? I hope she has a better day tomorrow... but then again... tomorrow never comes !!!"
"This is the worst run pharmacy in Doncaster. And I've been to a lot. I have to have specialised medication to take daily. Which if I don't I end up not very well due to a heart condition. Got a emergency prescription through NHS helpline. Sent the prescription to this pharmacy, to be told by the arrogant women that it will not be ready for another couple of hours to collect. I went back after a couple of hours to be told they didn't have that medication in stock, so they had to get some from Pickford's . For the arrogant women to only give me 4 individual tablets. This was to last 30 days. The place is a joke. They would rather deal with the junkies first. As I was waiting to be served, 4 came in and got served straight away. Stay away from this pharmacy and use Pickford's or rowlands. The staff need reporting and sacked and the place closed until they get better staff."
"Absolutly joke of a chemist. Never the same face behind the counter each time i go in which tells me they struggle to keep staff. Signs saying be kind to staff, but staff are far from kind to customers. Peoples perscriptions are just dotted about anywhere, honestly, the place looks worse than a sale at Primark. Its a joke that these staff are in charge of peoples medication."
"Notice up about being polite etc to staff. Think the female pharmacist who was working should extend the same courtesy to customers instead of being rude and treating people like theyre stupid and id say talking down to them but more like shouting down to them. Needs retraining on how to treat customers properly. Hope i never have to go in again awful experience"
"I don't think I've ever been to this chemist and managed to pick up my prescription, you ring they tell you it's there, so you go to pick it up and suprise suprise it's not. This has happened every single time I've gone to pick up a prescription. Rang today and was told to come any time after 2 as it's definitely there, of course it wasn't there!! Utter joke!"
