"The staff at Cantley are always very efficient and professional but today after receiving a late GP telephone appointment they excelled. I telephoned at 5pm straight after my Gp informed me that he was sending a script to them he thought I would be able to collect in the morning.I wondered if there was anyway they could dispense it before they closed? As usual it was no problem-they checked and said if they had it in stock it would be ready in 15mins. My husband collected the script which meant I could start them immediately and after how I had been feeling - it was a blessing. Thankyou for your amazing service Lynne Wallace"

Sue and Julie make any visit so personally appropriate and friendly my very timid sister enjoys her collections and feels comfortable in asking for advise. In her circumstances this is most welcome and unique. Always a cheery greeting, using a name, very efficient advise and service makes so much difference. Recently I have noticed that other, newer, staff have followed their lead cautiously which has created a happy team. Thank you ladies. You even pretend to understand my sick humour."
