"Sadly it’s let down by a few people. I had to collect an urgent prescription for my wife that was sent to the Chemist early morning last Thursday. I was told by an assistant it wouldn’t be available until 6pm. I explained it was urgent and that’s why the doctor sent it ASAP. I asked her to clarify again that it wouldn’t be available until 6pm. “Yes she said, 6pm”. (That gave them 8 hours to dispense the item).i asked why as it only took Tesco 10 minutes to dispense a prescription 2 days ago, her reply was “well go to Tesco then......which from now on I will including for all my groceries...Nb.....I had to ask Gemma her name as she was the only one not wearing a name badge"
