Also, as an independent pharmacy they seem to be able to obtain medicines/products which franchise pharmacies cannot (or are reluctant to). During the pandemic the free delivery service, of medicines, has been invaluable to those self isolating or shielding as well as the regular customers who have always taken advantage of the delivery service offered.
