"I have had so many issues with this pharmacy. They never have the prescription I need in store and they don’t order this in time so I end up without any medication when I have to take this daily. I have waited over 2 weeks for the medication which should have been enough time for them to get this in store. I have spoken with my GP and they said it shouldn’t take so long for them to get the prescription ordered in store and that they should have done more to make sure I had some medication. It’s bad when you have no medication when you have to take this daily or otherwise will feel extremely ill for months but they don’t care."
"Have had some issues here since moving back to the Village, but they have basically all been related to supply chain issues related to Covid-19 and BREXIT. The staff here are friendly, professional and appear to genuinely care about their customers. Also good advice on minor medical issues not needing a GPs expertise."
"lovely friendly staff . had moments with px orders but apart from this the service is very efficient. The girls are helpful smiley faces. i would love to put 5 * but i must be honest. If not for odd px moments i would. i have only been here a year so bit hard to give reviews on such short service history."
"Can't fault the staff here at all. They are always welcoming, chatty, interested and helpful. There have been times when they have bent over backwards to help and others where they have just been really kind. When I had a ridiculously swollen arm from an insect bite, they got me a glass of water there and then to take the antibiotics without me asking. On another occasion, the pharmacist spotted an infection in my 2-week old daughter, which doctors had initially brushed off, which involved her being hospitalised for 3 days - had this been left, she would have been very poorly. They make a fuss of my baby whenever we go in (the same with any child, and they know the names of so many, too), they've saved me money by applying coupons I didn't know about, they don't just sell you the most expensive product there...the list goes on. If you want a service which is personal and genuinely friendly, this is the place. :) (Re: opening times, they're the same as the doctors, pretty much. It's not 24 hours. If you want a late opening place, try Glasshoughton Asda.)"
"Twice now I have had medication missing from my dispensed items. When I attempted to complain I was shouted at by a member of staff and told the manager was on holiday. Rude and incompetent staff."
