"constantly ordering medication a week in advance and it never being processed, so third occasion where I've had to ring a GP for an emergency prescription. I have found certain members of staff too be rude down the phone and over the counter. overral there is a lovely lady there that is always kind and polite and always goes out of her way. shame rest of staff aren't the same."
