"Went for an eye test today (Sunday). Excellent opening hours for people who work full time. The staff were really friendly and informative. There was absolutely no pressure to buy our glasses from them. At other corporate opticians in the past I have felt pressurised to buy from them and had every "extra" pushed on me. Sidra was the optician who tested our eyes. She was lovely and explained everything really well to us. She gave advice on choosing the correct frame for me. We will definitely return here for eye care. Eye pharmacy in Mirfield also dispense my repeat prescriptions and I always find them efficient, friendly and helpful. "My granddaughter had an appointment at the eye pharmacy. On arrival she needed to use the toilet and a member of staff would not let her use the toilet. This is a disgrace as in the past other staff members have let her use the toilet. Question, you are offering a service but customers are NOT allowed to use the toilet, WHAT ARE THEY SUPPOSED TO DO???? I would not have given it a star but was not allowed to post otherwise....."
