"I have lived in Bramhope village since 1985. The pharmacy used to be perfect in every sense. During the last decade, a new member of staff emerged. She appears to have little self awareness i.e. the manner in which she speaks to me and others can be condescending and School-marmish. I think she rather enjoys it. However it doesn't impress me. A real shame as other staff are polite and helpful. I see no hope of improvement."
