"The service at rowlands pharmacy wrenthorpe is appalling called to pick up my repete prescription on Wednesday three days after request made via Drs @ outwood. Told medication was in green boxes waiting to be unpacked. Asked to call back Thursday, left it until Friday Lunchtime. Medication still in boxes waiting to be unpacked. Went for a walk returned 40 minutes later still not ready sat and waited another 40 minutes eventually got medication. There supposed to be providing a service. They'll realise if everyone starts getting there medication via post through Boots or some other provider. I've used the pharmacy in Wrenthope for 40 years. Its certainly gone downhill in the last 18 months. I'll be looking at other options. As of today I'd run out of two of my tablets. Th Dr online service wont allow you to order prior to medication being due Ashley Leach"
"Honestly the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. If you like being spoken to like you are muck on the underside of someones shoe, being spoken to in a condescending way, enjoy zero customer service then this is the pharmacy for you. In all seriousness though, I have given this pharmacy a few chances and everytime I have left angry. This is a pharmacy in a small village with a lot of elderly people. I just hope they are not treated in the same way."
