"Went to pick up medication only to be told that it had been denied by the surgery, went to the surgery only to be told that my medication was at the chemists. Went back to the chemists to pick up the medication that was there all along and not one apology. There's no excuse for bad manners!"

"This chemist also run a drop off point for DPD (parcel courier). You take your items there and the courier collects from the shop. You pre pay online and input the details through DPD's website. However this shop always complain about the size of the item. Even though my items have been measured and weighed and are within the accepted size for this courier the staff in the shop always complain. I have on a couple of occasions almost been turned away until I protested my item was within size. The staff say there accepted size is size isn't what it states on DPD. It just seems like the decision to accept parcels has been made by management but the staff don't want the work. It is only 50p extra to drop off at the post office and send through Parcel Force which I shall be doing from now on. Terrible staff!"
