"Terrible service I'm a qualified commercial gas engineer and in all my time have never had such bad customer service from a merchants. I was there 2 minutes and the guy behind the counter said to me 'you had better go elsewhere as he had 2 customers to serve in front of me!'He didn't even ask what I wanted. "Hi I just had to put a review about Plumbase branch in Barking Essex, I am in the building trade and had a problem with a pipe on a toilet, I went to Plumbase Barking in the morning of Friday 16th July 2021 where I spoke to a guy called Lennie,I told him the problem I was having and he new exactly what I needed, so I bought the items and it worked, it makes such a difference when you speak to someone who has knowledge, experience, and is friendly, as this member of staff was, because of this person I will always use Plumbase in the future and will recommend them to my colleagues in the building trade.
