"I ordered 3 concrete lintels on 21 July 2022. Delivery was made on time-ish, but we had a change of plans on our outbuilding so no longer needed 2 of the lintels. We spoke to the office while the driver was still with us and they agreed on us returning the 2 lintels and issuing a refund for them. To date, 9 January 2023, after a numerous phone calls asking to get a refund, we still haven't received one. I am having to go to my credit card company now and claim my money through them. Oh and the driver was an old guy with a mere tipper type of lorry, no lifting mechanism whatsoever. Therefore, we had to offload the big lintel ourselves, which is ok but I wonder how they would manage on a site with just one builder. The whole experience we've had with ABC Depot is shocking and we would never use the again!"

"If a company that offers stock, that you are led to believe is available, only for 2 weeks of chasing and being lied to is what you are after - these are your guys! Then this arrives (attached photo - they are meant to be straight beads. No protective packaging and like a banana!) and a further week of chasing results in nothing but an admission that they cannot supply what I need. Horrendous customer service. Avoid at all costs."
"I placed an order for fire resistant boards last Friday that should have been delivered within 3-4 days (i.e., by today). Surprisingly, I received a call from the depot that their boards are damaged and asked me if I will accept the damage boards? This was very shocking to me as I paid for a defect free board. I'm still waiting for the delivery hope that I'll receive defect free boards."
