"Appalling service. Received email saying order had arrived. Staff couldn't find it and said that an order must have been checked in incorrectly. I said that I wasn't pleased about the inconvenience and I was told that they would telephone to let me know it had arrived, as though that was going above and beyond (!) - they didn't even offer to post it out to save a second trip. There's plenty of other places that sell the things that they offer and usually for better value. I asked for a refund and will be taking my business elsewhere in future - I just don't have enough spare time to waste on shoddy service."
