However, I recently purchased an iPhone headphone jack here for a whopping £10 - I even had a friendly exchange with the cashier about how expensive it was - and it broke less than a month later. When I returned to the store to request an exchange, the same cashier was hostile, blaming me for mistreating his item and denying that it had been less than a month, instead of acknowledging that it had clearly broken in an unreasonably short amount of time and agreeing to an exchange. For £10 they lost a local customer for life."
