"Posting this after being a customer with Leyland across London with my construction business for the last 5 years. At this store, staff will often 'look up' items on the till instead of scanning barcodes, and then give you a total which never fails to be drastically higher than expected. In addition getting a couple of tester pots can often take 30 mins because staff are not trained. Other leylands are run much better."
