"This is how all shops used to be and how most shops should be now. Went in to ask if they had a tap cartridge for my kitchen sink. Lovely helpful team firstly, tried a repair with silicone grease but when that didn’t work I popped back and they had found a new one. Before selling it to me, they double checked all the fittings to ensure it would work for my mixer tap. Great price for the part and got home and it fits and we no longer have a dripping tap.
