Hina, their kitchen expert was incredibly understanding, gave us choices to consider and recommendation on current styles. She was so patient with us changing requirements and very clear about timelines and when we needed to make decisions. Yogi, their bathroom expert also did excellent 3D designs of our bathrooms and gave us great recommendations of products to use. The owner was always on hand to help discuss options and get additional views. They had come on site quite a few times to ensure final measurements were correct and ensure the styling would work. All in all a tremendous, competitive service from start to finish."

They have always given me honest advice which has resulted in a lot of unnecessary money being spent. They keep a vast array of stock in their warehouse and offer next day collection on most products which they have to order in. "Amazing Service and Expertise I recently had a full renovation completed in our property. We purchased the kitchen with all appliances, everything for our bathrooms (from taps to tiles), and heating products from HEP. The service provided by the team at HEP throughout the process was made very stress free. Having so many services available from one place made it easier not having to communicate with so many different suppliers. The HEP showroom is perfect for ideas, they have some amazing items and appliances that definitely make my life easier on a daily basis. The knowledge that the team have is amazing. From getting the measurements right in my bathroom to ensure I could fit a bath, good sized sink/vanity unit and separate shower unit; to my kitchen which is a very difficult size/layout but the team managed perfectly well. I knew what I wanted and the team at HEP were perfect at helping me pick these out. I still receive advise on updated items that I can add on. For example, Quooker released an add on to my tap which now means I have sparkling water too, advise from HEP that I would otherwise have not known.
