"Needed some 5inch grates, been all over the place and thought I would visit Keyline. Had not been in there for years but very well laid out and not a drainage expert but looked like there is about everything you need there if you are in the drainage business. The chap behind the counter was very polite and helpful and even gave us a small discount as we were collecting. Really nice of him, this is a very well run place with great staff, if I was in that business would use it all the time. Highly recommended to get your drainage supplies"

It was unused and had only been in my possession for 4 hours! After a discussion they refunded the item less 5%. Still an absolute joke and certainly won't use them again or recommend."
