"Unreliabile, 9/10 drivers are grumpy and obviously unhappy, bus times are a waste of time, they always skip some times meaning you have to wait for the next time slot if that one wants to turn up and they miss your stop even when you press the button. Diamond busses are much more of a good start to your day as they are polite and seem like humans unlike travel west Midlands robots that can't keep time. If you need to get somewhere on time I suggest you travel well in advance or just use another easier alternative. Customer service will look into complaints but you will mostly find they make you feel like your lying to them when they ain't the ones standing around for their companies unreliabile service."
