"Amazing park with so many wonderful sections. One of the best things about West Bromwich is this green space for nature lovers. There are walk routes and great spots for picnics. There are areas to look at wildlife. There are farm areas. The visitor centre is really helpful and worth checking out if you're a new visitor, you will be able to pick up a map and get a few tips as to which parts to explore."
"Only a quick visit to this lovely country park to ride their rollercoaster. Parking was 40p for an hour. Tokens were Β£1 each. The other half bought some food from the hut at the funfair. He said it was very nice. Seems to be lots of open space for kids and dogs to run around."
"Sandwell Valley is in a great location in the West Bromwich area. Parking is only 40 pence per hour with easy disabled access. It is a very large area and great for family walks , pets or a picnic. It has large lakes with plenty of ducks and swans. There is a great kids funfair and a train to take you around the grounds. The farm has few animals nowadays but is still worth visiting. The large activities area has plenty of climbing , slides ect. Usually has a couple of ice cream vans for refreshments. All In all a great day out."
"Fantastic country park. It also joins really well onto Dartmouth Park which is next door to it! The country park is great with bigger paths round Swam Lake and grassy areas and also thinner, muddier track paths through the woods. There is also priory ruins with information boards which are worth a wander round. As we were approaching the end of our walk we also found some wooden and metal sculptures near the carpark which were ace. We wandered nearly three miles round Dartmouth Park and Sandwell Valley Country Park, but you could easily do longer or shorter ones. Also great for dog walkers and runners. Would definitely recommend a visit."
"Been here few time for a walk with family and dog, nice big park with kids playground not far from bid parking area pay and display. Went here last night for light show, big space so easily distancing with other family, nice light display (and it's free entrance) they have few amusement park rides and bumper cars plus burgers, sweets and donuts stand as well. Parking is free after 6pm."
