"DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH!!!! They charged us £500+ for excursions on our honeymoon (wouldn’t let us pay over the phone so we would have recorded proof of everything but insisted we pay in store) then gave us details to ONE excursion. Said they would email the rest of the details over but never did. I spent my honeymoon ringing around from Mexico desperately trying to find out when our activities were and these scumbags had the nerve to tell me there’s no record of the calls. It then took them 2.5 months to get in touch regarding our complaint and then after one phone call they said they wouldn’t issue a refund because they believe the tickets were issued…. WITH NO PROOF THEY EVER WERE!!! We had no tickets to our activities and they refused to help us get them. The staff at the West Brom branch are lying con-merchants please use a different travel company altogether!! They tried to change their story after 2 months too and without any due process they made a decision to not offer any compensation or refunds. We will be taking this matter further as clearly they don’t take complains seriously."
