About the Business
Welcome to the Sandwell Valley Visitor Centre, formerly known as Sandwell Park Farm. Located at Salters Lane in West Bromwich, United Kingdom, our remarkable institution offers visitors a chance to experience a true countryside feel right in the heart of the city.
As an establishment, we pride ourselves in providing a memorable experience for every guest that visits us. Our team of knowledgeable staff are more than happy to give guided tours of the farm, highlighting the different animals and their unique personalities. We have cows, sheep, goats, pigs, and even some rare breeds like Bagot goats and Scotch Blackface sheep. You can also witness our adorable and friendly farm animals up close and even feed them, which makes it an excellent activity for families and children.
Aside from the farm aspect, we also have a range of mini railroads that will take guests on a ride through our beautiful surroundings. We also offer bike, horse, and footpaths that give people the chance to fully appreciate the true beauty of nature.
As a point of interest, our visitor center offers informative exhibits and displays that take you through the history of Sandwell Valley, from its humble beginnings to its present-day significance. We also have a gift shop where you can purchase little souvenirs of your visit to Sandwell Valley.

Reviews
"Great to pop in to for a break for a coffee or a snack. Nice preserved kitchen garden to look round and other elements of historical interest. Nice pizza in the cafe, although they'll easily feed two. So be prepared to ask for a take out box if you order one to yourself!"
"Fantastic visit with grand kids aged 5 and 6 for santa visit childrens entertainment was very good also arts and crafts . Children was entertained by the elves with bubble machines why waiting for santa .Gift shop bit expensive . Hot drinks nice . Santa gave the children time and as many photos with your own phone taken"
"Was nice but seeing santa was a nightmare and spoilt the whole experience. Waited in rain with many others with young children for nearly a hour to be told santa had gone for dinner. Why not stop people joining the queue and there was 2 Santa's, so didn't need to go at the same time? The gift was nice and good quality. Shame the visit was already spoilt by then."
"Great family day out. Cafe was well priced and very yummy"
"Visited for the first time since before the pandemic and didn't realise it was no longer a farm. The ladies inside were very helpful though, explained to us that the farm animals have been moved on to Forge Mill, and the opening times for there. We then had a look around this centre to see a few of the displays inside. The tea rooms were closed on this particular day, but are usually still there and running."
