"Dr baboon and partners need new partners cause the staff ain't staffing their lazy baboon @55es can't answer a phone call was in 'queue position 1' for 40 minutes either u need more staff or new staff and it takes you 2 weeks for a blood test seen quicker service in Pakistan than here. Chill out with the Christmas pints and start doing you're jobs. Can see why you're underpayed."

"The people working are so unproffesional and they aren't reliable at all. The service is terrible and everyone is incapable of picking up the phone. I was told that I was going to get medicine to help me but after three days of pain nothing has arrived for me."

"This is such an unprofessional and unorganised surgery. The receptionists have no idea what they are doing and they are in no mood at all to do their duties properly. I have been ringing them since 8 in the morning and finally after 40 minutes they answered despite me being #1 for the whole time. Then after waiting for so long she tells me no appointments available for today as apparently 20 patients came into the surgery at 8 to book their appointment. WELL IF THEY WOULD DO THEIR JOB PROPERLY AND ANSWER THE PHONE NO ONE WOULD HAVE TO COME INTO SURGERY EARLY IN THE MORNING TO GET APPOINTMENTS BOOKED. Then she gives me an appointment for Saturday at a DIFFERENT surgery. Well might as well register at that one and at least they will answer their phones and give an appointment when it is needed. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED EVERY TIME THEY DON’T ANSWER THEIR PHONES AND CANNOT BE BOTHERED WITH ANYTHING AND NO APPOINTMENTS Incompetent people working at this surgery. DO NOT REGISTER AT THIS SURGERY UNLESS YOU LIKE WAITING FOR A HOUR AND NEVER GETTING APPOINTMENTS WHEN NEEDED."

"Absolutely incapable people. They won't even pick the phone let alone give any appointments. You will always be at queue position 1 for HOURS but no one will ever answer. They are a bunch of liars. My results had been at the surgery for over 5 months and when I called to ask about them they said they had JUST received the results."
