"Good service. Highly recommended."
"Really ought to be six stars or more, as I have to say how thankfull I am for the great service here from Richard. Very friendly, approachable, intelligent, professional, also good and not intimidating to discuss your requirements as doctors sometimes can tend to be. He discusses and explains all matters of the treatments availiable, how to tackle the problem and what medecation that helps alleviate the pain - a doctor, with all due repect, might prescribe some strong painkiller that in the end doesnt target the certain area - in a pleasant manner and in easy to understand terminoligy. When I first went with my back problem he diagnosed a plan to combat the problem, certain exercises after an initial consultation, also advising on a suitable medication suitable to help lessen the pain. After a couple of weeks I was improving and after a few more treatments and further manipulation and exercises I recovered, it was a couple of months until I was back to about 90% and could return to work again, then get the final ten percent up to feeling fine and flexible again. If I had a photo of how I was when I first went there and others as treatment progressed would have been good to show, suffice to say I had a quite big shift in my spine to the right, quite bent over, causing much discomfort. After my initial consultation and being given a good positive feeling I began the work to continue with the regime of exercises and things to help things return to normal. As everyone is different, age group, fitness, health etc, treatment is unique per person, its not just take this tablet and you will be OK in a day or two, each person is different how they react to treatment and how they work on the treatment, ie doing more, enough or not enough of any exercises to help, so a timescale cant be put on getting back to full speed, that is up to the individual to work on it themself. As with the dentist and opticians I go here for some check up twice a year, just to make sure things are in decent shape and if there are any signs of anything they can be dealt with. I certainly can fully recommend this as with the NHS you will be waiting for your first appointment and a private physiotherapist will see you much sooner and will give more time in the consultation and treatments. Is a good idea to be safe than sorry if you feel something or suspect any issues arising."
