All too often Drs Receptionists get knocked for doing a very difficult job..sometimes people who knock them need to walk in their shoes. These ladies go above and beyond for my father in law..who is 93 Thank you ladies from one very stressed family."

"Well believe it or not, I live just 1/2 a mile from this surgery, just gone into register and been completely palmed off to another surgery!! Despite me saying I've chosen this surgery due to reviews. "Well we have a back log at the moment so you might be seen quicker at another surgery" what the hell??
