"Very disappointed this morning. I have been waiting months for an appointment and 24hrs before it got cancelled due to shortage of staff. When I asked to be seen at the next clinic day they said they cannot prioritise me and I will have to wait a whole month before I can be seen again. I explained I will be leaving the country in a week and so that is not possible and that the bookings team knew this, that I'm back in 6 months time and I need to be seen before I leave. They didn't even care. Very poor understanding of the individual as a human being and total lack of empathy, from junior staff all the way to management I spoke to. Do better please. **PLEASE NOTE THIS IS THE NHS SIDE OF INHEALTH, NOT VISTA! I cannot comment on Vista."
"Pros:Quick service. Cons: Unfriendly staff, about 6 of them sitting chit-chatting in small reception. The woman who does Ultrasound hasn't change, she is extremely rude, arrogant and patronising together with her colleague helping her in the room. Would rather have Ultrasound at Hospitals where one may wait longer to be seen as they are busy and same time still be treated and spoken with decency."
"I had an MRI yesterday and want to thank the technicians for their kindness and help they gave me. My doctor phoned this morning and is arranging for me to be seen urgently by an orthopaedic surgeon. I am sorry I did not take your names, but I am really grateful that the MRI results reached my doctor this morning. Carol Dennis (trevor’s partner)"
"Thank you to Chris for his patience and understanding. You are a credit to your employer. He took the time to listen and help at every opportunity. He put my mum at ease, whilst she was feeling very anxious about her test. All of the staff treated her with respect throughout. She was an individual not just another person on the list. I was lucky enough to get a parking space so it was a really easy trip!!"
