"The rooms have everything that you need for a hotel tv, wifi, comfortable beds etc. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate anything we needed, anything that they didn't have they've taken into account and are planning on implementing it in the near future. Transport links into Birmingham every 5 minutes and right outside the building, only bad thing I could say if I'm being picky was that it says online theyve got a vending machine which they do BUT nothing in it ( they've said they're taking it out but I think big mistake )"

"This is basically an old premier inn that has been taken over by new owners. The rooms are a little tired but the welcome is friendly and the location in the middle of Shirley is great with plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Parking is free as well which is good."

The room rate was excellent, comfy bed, exceptionally clean room and shower room. We were concerned that we may hear the traffic, but it was quiet and peaceful."
