"I wish there is less than one star. This agency never answers our calls, we have to spend hours on the phone trying to reach them. We were left in our flat for 4 day with no hot water and heating in the middle of the winter and they didn't even bother to give us a fixed time of when the engineer will turn up. When we report an issue, it rakes them weeks to report it to the landlord and get back to us. Extremely disappointed with their service."

"!! Advising anyone who is approaching this company to rent, don't!!! No stars for this company is pretty fair I believe! I have had an awful experience with this company and Saagar! I rented a house from this company and coming over from Ireland with no support and being a student! The house was NOT fit for purpose, however was agreed and signed that the house would be ready on arrival. Arrived on Sunday morning which I was charged a £49 pound fee!!!! ILLEGAL! Tried to fight for this back and still have not received this!! So, first of the house was absolutely disgusting on arrival and as far as I am aware house is meant to be clean on arrival. Extractor full of fat, no furniture, no blinds on windows, holes in the floors in toilet, integrated fridge was absolutely DISGUSTING and vile smell off it once opened. Saagar himself stated "yeah, this is not acceptable and would get professional cleaners in" agreed with me that the house was not FIT FOR PURPOSE!! Proceeded to having 4 people in the house, placed an individual in the basement!!! No light, holes in corner of floor boards down there!! Which led this individual to leave as she could not live in the basement any longer!! Another room had a fire place in it with a GAS LEAK!!!! Smell of gas in this room was scary obviously checks were NOT completed!!! Very dangerous! Gas services had to come out to complete this which led to us having no hot water or electrical appliances for a while! Washing machine leaked and flooded the kitchen! As mentioned previously house was not equipped and took ages to be fit for purpose so had to stay in hotels for a week AS A STUDENT may I emphasise. Which was out ALOT of money! Saagar kept saying "accounts are sorting" - never received anything! Moved out start of August still have NOT received my deposit, was trying to get my £49 pound back since June and sent on relevant bills for hotels to be reimbursed still NOTHING!! At this present moment Saagar has stopped replying! BIG MISTAKE taking this house after experiencing what I did on the Sunday!! This service is a DISGRACE!!! Do NOT recommend to anyone!"
