They take all your deposit even though after going through covid, not missing any payments and having a big hole in the ceiling throughout the winter and they still mess you about. Plz! plz! plz! don't use this estate agents. The land lady was just as bad! Money grabbers. I wish I could share the photos of how I left the house as it was spotless.
