"Had booked a table for family me. Food wasn't up to much, was expensive & not much of it. Didn't enjoy much about this visit, waitress was friendly, service was slow. Will not be going back in a hurry."
"Lovely staff, very warm welcome. I was here on business and we (there were several of us) enjoyed our stay and our meals in the adjoining Beefeater. The room was very clean other than a strong smell of urine in the bathroom. Tea tray as you’d imagine, adequate for a single guest would be a bit sparse for two. Room was a bit noisy, an odd rhythmic whine all night from somewhere below and corridor noise/banging of suitcases/doors and talking woke me at 5am. But that is pretty standard for busy hotels near the motorway. Would stay again but probably ask for a different room."
"The Beefeater was lovely friendly service and great quality dishes. Food allergies were taken care of without any fuss. The grill is a good choice of the menu. The Premier inn was rubbish. The staff were fantastic the accommodation was not. We were at the very far end of the motel 3 corridors and 7 doors, not very accessible for whose in wheelchairs. The room smelt of drainage issues and the stench even woke us up one night. Plug hole stuck shut, and the shower was nothing but a dribble of water out of the shower head. The bed sheets didn't fit the mattresses and kept riding up getting in and out of the bed. The room size was decent and the only good thing."
